Leading the staff are Senior Pastor Dr. Todd Renner and Co-Pastor Dr. John McKellar. Dr. McKellar, with a long tenure at White's Chapel, provides foundational leadership and casting vision, having significantly contributed to the church's growth. Dr. Renner serves alongside him, often focusing on preaching and teaching, working collaboratively in shaping the strategic direction and ministries. Together, their leadership guides White's Chapel's focus on making disciples through engaging the heart, stirring the soul, challenging the mind, and connecting the body, empowering the staff to fulfill the church's mission.
